1. Operator Information
Drivyn is currently operated as an individual-run online venture based in Maharashtra, India. As of the date of this notice, Drivyn is not registered as a formal business entity (such as a private limited company, LLP, or registered proprietorship), and operates as an individual seller offering goods through this website.
2. Branding and Intellectual Property Status
"Drivyn," along with associated logos, visual identity, and design assets displayed on this website, are used and claimed by the site operator in connection with the goods sold here. As of this notice, no formal trademark registration has been filed or granted for the Drivyn name, logo, or associated branding. Drivyn has not made, and does not make, any formal legal claims regarding trademark protection at this time; any references to brand ownership on this site refer to common, ordinary use of the name in commerce and not to any registered legal status.
3. Product Representation Disclaimers
We aim to represent our products as accurately as possible, but the following disclaimers apply to all purchases made on this site:
- Products are manufactured on a made-to-order basis via print-on-demand technology. As a natural consequence of this production method, actual color tone, print saturation, and placement on the delivered product may differ slightly from what is displayed on your screen, due to differences in screen calibration, lighting during product photography, and inherent variability in digital printing processes.
- Posters, framed posters, and canvas prints in particular may show minor differences in material texture, frame material or finish, mounting hardware, or overall print vibrancy between individual units or production batches. Such variation is standard across the printing industry and does not constitute a manufacturing defect.
- Product photography and mockups shown on our site are representative and intended to give a general sense of the final product; actual packaging materials, included accessories, or minor design details may vary from what is depicted.
4. Role of Third-Party Platforms and Partners
This website is built and hosted using Shopify, a third-party e-commerce platform, and payment transactions are processed through independent third-party payment gateway providers. Drivyn does not directly control the underlying infrastructure, security, or operational uptime of these third-party platforms. Physical production and fulfillment of our products is likewise carried out by independent print-on-demand manufacturing and logistics partners, operating under their own internal production and quality-assurance processes. While Drivyn remains the customer's sole point of contact for all order-related matters, certain operational aspects of production and platform functionality are governed by these third parties' own terms and capabilities.
5. General Limitation of Liability
Drivyn makes reasonable, good-faith efforts to ensure accurate product representation, timely order processing, and quality fulfillment. However, Drivyn does not guarantee that products will be entirely free from the natural variances described in Section 3, nor that third-party platforms or logistics partners will operate without occasional delay or error. To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Indian law, use of this website and purchase of its products is undertaken at the customer's own discretion, and Drivyn's liability in connection with any order is limited as further described in our Terms of Service.
6. Governing Law
This Legal Notice, together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nandurbar, Maharashtra.
