1) Return & Refund Policy

Return & Refund Policy — Drivyn
Last updated: 12 July 2026

1. Our Approach to Returns

At Drivyn, every product is manufactured on a made-to-order basis through dedicated print-on-demand (POD) production partners, rather than pulled from pre-made warehouse stock. This means that the moment your order is placed and confirmed, it enters a production queue and materials are allocated specifically for your item. Because of this custom-production model, Drivyn does not operate a traditional retail returns system. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection by the customer, buyer's remorse, or general dissatisfaction unrelated to a manufacturing or shipping fault. We ask customers to review product descriptions, size charts, and images carefully before completing a purchase, as once an order enters production, it cannot be modified or reversed.

2. What Qualifies for a Resolution

We will only consider a claim where a product is demonstrably defective, damaged in transit, misprinted, or where the wrong item was dispatched due to an error on our end. Cosmetic variations that are a natural result of printing technology — including minor shifts in color saturation, slight print alignment differences, or texture variation between production batches — are considered normal and do not qualify as defects. Printing is a chemical and mechanical process, and 100% uniformity across every unit produced cannot be guaranteed by any POD manufacturer, including ours.

3. Reporting Window and Required Evidence

To be eligible for any resolution, customers must contact us within 4 hours of confirmed delivery at drivynofficial@gmail.com. This window is intentionally short and is non-negotiable, as our production partners require prompt reporting to validate claims against their own internal quality-control windows. Claims raised after this period, regardless of the reason for the delay, cannot be accepted or processed under any circumstance.

Every claim must include:

  • An unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened, with no cuts or edits
  • Clear, well-lit photographs of the defect, damage, or misprint
  • Photographs of the outer packaging, particularly if there are signs of courier mishandling
  • The order number and the email address used at checkout

Claims submitted without this evidence, or with evidence that appears edited, incomplete, or inconsistent with courier delivery records, will be declined.

4. Resolution Process

Once a valid claim is received and verified, our standard resolution is the issuance of store credit equivalent to the value of the affected item, redeemable on a future purchase. In select cases, at our sole discretion, we may instead offer a reprint/replacement or a refund to the original payment method, depending on the nature of the issue and feasibility with our production partners. Physical return of the product is generally not required — resolution is based on the photo/video evidence submitted, consistent with how our production partners handle quality claims.

5. Fraud Prevention and Misuse

Drivyn takes claim integrity seriously. We reserve the right to decline any claim that appears manipulated, staged, inconsistent with courier tracking data, or submitted in a pattern suggesting abuse of this policy. Customers found to be submitting repeated, unverifiable, or fraudulent claims may be permanently barred from placing future orders with us, and we reserve the right to report such activity where appropriate.

6. Order Cancellations

Because production begins almost immediately after order confirmation, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once submitted and will only be honored if production has not yet commenced. Once a product has entered the print queue, it cannot be cancelled, paused, or modified.

7. Role of Our Production and Platform Partners

Drivyn's storefront is hosted on Shopify, and our products are manufactured and shipped through independent print-on-demand partners. Shopify acts solely as a technology and payment-processing platform and has no role in production, quality control, or fulfillment of physical goods, and therefore bears no responsibility for product condition. Similarly, while our production partners maintain their own internal quality and reshipment protocols with us, those arrangements are between Drivyn and our production partners only — Drivyn remains the sole point of contact and responsibility for all customer-facing claims, and this policy governs that relationship exclusively.
