2. About Drivyn
Drivyn is an independently operated brand offering identity-driven, car-culture-inspired art prints and related products. Our store is hosted on the Shopify platform, and our physical products are manufactured through third-party print-on-demand (POD) production partners rather than produced or held in-house.
3. Nature of Our Products
All products sold by Drivyn are made-to-order. As a result, minor variation in color accuracy, print alignment, material texture, or finish may occur between units due to the inherent nature of digital printing processes, differences in device screens versus physical printed output, and production-batch variance. Such variation is considered normal and does not constitute a product defect.
4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
All prices listed on our store are subject to change without prior notice. An order is only considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed through our designated payment partners. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving suspected fraudulent activity, pricing errors, or stock/production limitations.

All original designs, artwork, branding, logos, and content displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Drivyn unless otherwise stated. Reproduction, redistribution, resale, or commercial exploitation of our designs or content without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
6. Eligibility to Purchase
There is no strict minimum age requirement to make a purchase on our store. However, we strongly advise that any purchases made by minors be conducted under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian, as Drivyn does not independently verify the age of purchasers at checkout.
7. Role of Third-Party Platforms and Partners
Our website operates using Shopify as the underlying e-commerce and hosting platform, and payment processing is handled by independent third-party payment gateways. Drivyn is not responsible for outages, technical errors, or data issues arising directly from these third-party platforms, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers affected by such issues. Similarly, physical production and shipping of our products is carried out by independent POD manufacturing partners; while Drivyn oversees and is responsible for the end-to-end customer experience, certain aspects of production timing and quality are subject to those partners' own operational processes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Drivyn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or products, including but not limited to delays, production variances, or third-party platform issues beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nandurbar, Maharashtra.
